From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by hearts eager for love and attention. Our meeting with the school’s matron revealed deep, emotional stories behind the school’s founding and its incredible mission. Engaging with the children — through signs, shared laughter, and quiet moments — reminded us that true communication transcends words. We offered new bedsheets to replace worn ones, along with other gifts, but most importantly, we left with the realization that this was only the beginning. The condition of the students’ beds and facilities showed us there’s much more to be done — and we’re committed to returning to finish what we’ve started. This is more than outreach; it’s a call to society — to be more empathetic, more aware, and more supportive of special needs communities.
Together, we can build a world where every child feels seen, heard, and loved — no matter their ability to speak.
